If your business is considering SIP trunking, one of the first questions you’re likely to encounter is: how many SIP trunk channels do we actually need?

The answer isn’t necessarily tied to the number of employees. A 200-person business could need fewer channels than a 50-person business if its employees rarely make and receive calls at the same time.
